1. Introduction & Eligibility
Welcome to Supab Exports (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing www.supabexports.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.

2. About Us
Supab Exports is a merchant exporter based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India, specializing in dehydrated vegetables, turmeric, and agricultural commodities. We are registered with APEDA, Spices Board of India, and hold valid IEC, FSSAI, and GST registrations.

3. Products & Services
We export: Dehydrated Onion & Garlic (all cuts), Turmeric Powder/Fingers, and other agricultural products. Product specifications are confirmed in writing before each transaction. Due to the natural nature of agricultural products, minor variations in color, texture, or weight may occur.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• Prices quoted in USD (FOB/CIF basis) are indicative and subject to market fluctuations.
• Prices exclude GST, customs duties, and destination taxes unless specified.
• Payment: Advance payment or confirmed Letter of Credit at sight.
• All orders are binding upon confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Incoterms: Shipments executed on FOB/CIF/CFR basis as agreed (Incoterms 2020).
• Risk transfers to buyer as per agreed Incoterms. Buyer handles import clearances.
• All export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, Phytosanitary) provided.

6. Inspection, Claims & Returns

• Inspection: Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt.
• Claims: Must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Returns: Accepted only if products materially differ from agreed specifications.

7. Cancellation
Cancellations before production/shipment may incur 10-20% cancellation fees. Orders in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, customs delays, or shipping disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Supab Exports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos) is property of Supab Exports. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, or jurisdiction of courts in Thane.
