PREMIUM: Greenhouse Organic Turmeric (High Curcumin Above 5%)

Rare & Premium Offering:

Turmeric fingers with curcumin content above 5% are rare in the market. These
premium varieties are grown exclusively in specialized greenhouse facilities
using advanced soilless cultivation technology. Controlled environments deliver
consistent high potency with zero soil contamination—ideal for pharmaceutical,
supplement, and cosmetic applications.

🔬 Soilless Cultivation Method

  • Growing medium: Coco-peat + rice husk + sand
  • Container: HDPE grow bags
  • Irrigation: Precision drip with nutrient solution
  • Environment: Net house / shade structure
  • No soil-borne diseases due to sterile media

🌡️ Controlled Environment Parameters

  • Temperature: 26–35°C (optimal range)
  • Humidity: 70–90%
  • Photoperiod: 11 hours daily light
  • CO₂ enrichment for bioactive synthesis
  • Zero chemical pesticides or fertilizers

📊 Yield & Quality Transformation

  • Field yield: 500–700 g per plant annually
  • Greenhouse yield: Up to 8+ kg per grow bag
  • Field curcumin: 2–3%
  • Greenhouse curcumin: 5–7%+
  • Dry recovery: 15–25%

✅ Quality Certifications & Testing

  • HPLC-verified curcumin (5%+)
  • Heavy metals: ZERO
  • Microbiologically safe for food & pharma
  • Organic certified (no pesticide residues)
  • ISO 22000 compliant
  • Pharmaceutical-grade purity

🔍 Why Greenhouse Curcumin is Superior

Greenhouse cultivation removes dependency on weather, soil nutrients, and seasonal
variation. Precise control of temperature, humidity, light, and CO₂ maximizes
curcumin synthesis. Uniform growth conditions produce consistent high-potency
rhizomes—an outcome impossible in traditional farming—justifying 3–5× premium pricing.

💎 Market Positioning

Targeted at pharmaceutical companies, clinical supplement developers, premium
cosmetic brands, functional food manufacturers, and wellness companies positioning
products on “highest potency.” International buyers specifically request this
grade at premium prices.

Export compliance, moisture protection, hygiene maintenance, and quality consistency.
Jute bags are unsuitable for international trade as they compromise product quality
through uneven moisture absorption and potential contamination during long ocean voyages.

12–15 MT per 20-foot container

Custom Packaging:
Private labeling and branded packaging available upon request

Export Documentation:
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CoA (Curcumin verified via HPLC),

Learn More

Curcumin is NOT standardized—it varies significantly: The same turmeric variety produces different curcumin levels depending entirely on growing conditions, soil chemistry, weather patterns, harvest timing, and post-harvest processing. This is why we don't quote specific percentages for individual finger varieties—it's misleading to do so.

The Range: Field-grown turmeric typically ranges 1.5-2.5% curcumin. Premium grades reach 2.5-3%. Greenhouse-grown with controlled temperature (26-35°C), humidity (70-90%), and soilless media can achieve 5-7%+ consistently, but these are rare and premium-priced.

Our Powder Approach: We acknowledge this variability by offering 6 distinct powder buckets (1-1.5%, 1.5-2%, 2-2.3%, 2.3%-2.5%, 2.5-3%, 3%+) allowing buyers to select the exact grade for their application and budget. Every batch is HPLC-verified so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

Fingers Strategy: Whole fingers are lab-tested for the batch. We tell you what the batch contains, not make claims about consistency across all fingers. If you need guaranteed minimum curcumin in fingers, our premium greenhouse-grown organic (5%+) is the only option—but at premium pricing.

Choose Whole Fingers if: You grind/process on-site for maximum freshness, want to verify product authenticity by grinding yourself, prefer flexibility on final particle size, or require traditional/ceremonial applications. Fingers have longer shelf life (2+ years) and allow quality verification at your facility.

Choose Powder if: You use turmeric directly in formulations, need standardized fineness for consistent results, prefer space efficiency, require ready-to-use product, or want to avoid grinding investment. Powder is faster to process into finished products and offers 6 curcumin buckets for price/quality optimization.

You get a test certificate with every shipment as per requirement showing exactly what's in the
turmeric.

If you need organic certification:
● We source from certified organic farms
● Full documentation available
● Premium pricing (30-40% above conventional)
● Ships with organic certification documents

Choose Standard (2-3%) if: You're using turmeric for cooking, coloring, general flavoring. Cost matters. You're not making health claims.

Choose Premium (5%) if: You're selling it as a health/wellness product. Golden milk mixes, supplement blends, functional foods. You want visible potency.

Choose Pharmaceutical (7%+) if: You're making serious supplements or health claims. Efficacy matters. Your customers are paying for potency. You need complete safety documentation.
